Coming Soon: AV Planners New and Improved 3D Room Designer

We’ve helped businesses of all sizes create and design their new conference and meeting rooms with our 3D Room Designer feature. But, to go along with advances in technology and equipment, we’ve decided to add onto the program.

With this new and improved software (coming soon), you can plan out each individual room and customize it to meet your standards. With this and other advanced features, our customers can have a better idea of the equipment options that are available, as well as the esthetics of the overall process. The new program will include:

• Uploading a photo of an individual or customized room or using AV Planners Template
• Determine size and measurements of room(s)
• Drag and drop images of AV equipment – including 60” LCD screen, ceiling speakers, conference room table, plants, iPads, etc. – to create a virtual room of how your finished product will look
• Increased categories to choose from to help with the designing process
• Display is shown in 3D
