AV Planners worked with Kaiser Permanente’s IT team in Los Angeles to design and integrate an audiovisual system for a large, divisible conference center. The solution supported presentations, meetings, and collaborative sessions while allowing the space to transition into smaller breakout rooms. Integrated projection, audio, video, room control, and scheduling technology gave users a consistent experience whether the conference center was used as one large space or divided into multiple rooms.
